Limited Warranty
Engineered to Last
All DuraPro products are engineered for ultimate quality, performance, and reliability. We guarantee them to the original owner to be free from material and workmanship defects. In the rare event of a failure, we will repair or replace the product for free, if within the warranty period.
Please retain your original proof of purchase as we require it to substantiate the discreet date code on the product. Fraudulent warranty claims will automatically be denied (e.g. using a recent receipt with an older ski dampener).
Submitting a Warranty Claim
To initiate a claim, please fill out the “Warranty Submission Form” below, along with attaching the required photos and a copy of your proof of purchase. A DuraPro representative will then contact you within 7 days, and if needed, may ask that you provide further information, photos, and/or ship the defective product back to us. We respond to every warranty claim, so if you do not hear from us within 7 days, please check your spam folder for our reply.
Warranty Exclusions
Please note that our Warranty does NOT cover:
- Loss
- Tether lanyard (orange coil) breakage
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. fading)
- Purchases of products second-hand or from unauthorized resellers
- Repetitive abuse of our return policy
- Damage resulting from:
- Crashes or hitting objects
- Misuse, abusive, accidental, or negligent use
- Improper installation, maintenance, or care
- External forces such as weather or transit
- Any use, other than the product’s intended purpose
Terms & Conditions
The warranty becomes effective on the date of purchase. If the defective product is no longer available, it will be replaced by a similar product of equal or greater value. Unfortunately, replacement with the exact same color / model cannot be guaranteed. Any parts which are replaced during repairs become the property of DuraPro.
The replacement or repair of your product under warranty will not extend the length of the original warranty (warrantied product is under warranty for time period remaining from original purchase).
Customer is responsible for all costs associated with the warranty claim, including the cost of shipping, customs, duties, VAT and/or other associated taxes and charges. Customer agrees to comply with all applicable import and export laws and regulations to send the product to, or to receive a replacement product from DuraPro.
The limited warranty relating to DuraPro products is in lieu of any other express warranty. No agent, employee or representative of DuraPro has any authority to bind DuraPro to any affirmation, representation, or warranty concerning DuraPro products, except as stated herein. In no event shall DuraPro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or contingent liability relating to the purchase, use, or performance of any DuraPro product (e.g., no claim for charges incurred in the loss of use, loss of time, removal, disassembly, or re-installation of product will be allowed). This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Warranty is subject to change at any time without notice.
